The training continues!
I have decided that training for a marathon is much harder for me than training for the triathlon. So much running. Its really mentally challenging . With the triathlon, you break up your training so one day I could do the bike, then swim. If my shoulder was bothering me I could run. You have more flexibility. for the marathon there is no getting around it- you have to run. No excuses! Thank goodness I have an MP3 player and great teammates to keep me motivated!
